Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, has left for Moscow city of the Russian Federation for a working visit to attend the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), AzVision.az reports.
